Welcome to Southern Paw Pet Parlor. By using our website and booking our grooming services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointments can be booked through our website at southernpawsalon.com or by contacting us directly.
  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a no-show fee.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a safety risk to our staff or other animals.

SMS and Voice Notifications

By providing your phone number during booking, you agree to receive the following communications from Southern Paw Pet Parlor via SMS text message and/or automated voice call:

  • Appointment reminders sent before your scheduled appointment
  • Service completion notifications letting you know your pet is ready for pickup
  • Service-related updates regarding your appointment

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect email notifications or your ability to book appointments.

Services and Pricing

  • Grooming services and pricing are based on your pet’s breed, size, coat condition, and services requested.
  • Final pricing may vary from initial estimates depending on the condition of your pet’s coat and any additional services needed.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Pet Health and Safety

  • All pets must be current on vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be required.
  • Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns before your appointment.
  • If we discover fleas, ticks, or other parasites during grooming, additional treatment fees may apply.
  • While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, grooming inherently carries some risk. In the unlikely event of an injury, we will seek immediate veterinary care and notify you promptly.

No-Show Policy

If you miss a scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, a no-show fee may be applied to your account. This fee must be paid before you can book future appointments. We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Pickup

Please pick up your pet promptly after receiving notification that their grooming is complete. We will notify you via SMS, voice call, and/or email when your pet is ready. Pets not picked up within a reasonable time after notification may incur additional boarding fees.

Liability

Southern Paw Pet Parlor is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or health issues that may become apparent during or after grooming. We are not responsible for any matting-related skin issues that may be revealed during de-matting or shave-down services.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
