SMS & Voice Notification Terms

Southern Paw Pet Parlor uses SMS text messages and automated voice calls to send appointment reminders and service notifications to our grooming customers.

What Messages Will I Receive?

  • Appointment reminders – sent before your scheduled grooming appointment
  • Service completion notifications – letting you know your pet is ready for pickup
  • Appointment-related updates – schedule changes or other service information

How You Opt In

Customers opt in to receive SMS and voice notifications by providing their phone number when booking a grooming appointment on our website at southernpawsalon.com. During the booking process, the following consent disclosure is displayed next to the phone number field:

“By providing your phone number, you agree to receive appointment reminders and service notifications via SMS and voice call from Southern Paw Pet Parlor. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Privacy Policy & Terms of Service.”

Additionally, a consent disclosure is displayed below the appointment calendar on every page where the booking calendar appears:

“By booking an appointment, you agree to receive SMS appointment reminders and service notifications from Southern Paw Pet Parlor. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Privacy Policy & Terms of Service.”

By completing the booking, the customer provides express written consent to receive appointment-related messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. Typically 1–3 messages per appointment (a reminder before and a completion notification after).

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Opting out of SMS will not affect email notifications or your ability to book appointments.
